Carmen was surrendered to a shelter in Kentucky, where she was adopted and then returned a few days later. Her original owners got a new dog and decided to drop her off at the shelter. The family that adopted her said she was bad with their kids and dog, so they returned her. After picking her up from the shelter, she came into care and was fine with the kids in the home (7.5, 4.5, 2). She mostly ignored the dogs in the home unless they were too hyper. Due to this, she needs to be adopted into a home with no dogs, or older, calm dogs. She is thriving in her foster home, and really coming out of her shell. She is an extremely sweet girl that just wants to snuggle with her people.
